Otogenex Pty. Limited (“Otogenex”) is occasionally contacted by investors or individuals who see potential in our products and business systems and are interested in investing in our genetic testing systems and technology.

We are not a public company. The ASIC’s rules limits private companies to a maximum of 50 shareholders and cannot offer or trade shares on the open market for investors. Only public companies limited by shares can raise funds from the general public.

Otogenex privately holds its patents, names, trademarks, business secrets and computer coding systems in a private family trust which licenses the use of the IP to Otogenex for use in its business systems non-beneficially. If, and only if, in the future, Otogenex’s future is best suited as a public company rather than remain private, its shares may be offered or become available to purchase in accordance with the Corporations Act and ASIC rules.
